My role as a clinical psychologist is to provide a safe place for you to express and process your emotions, empowering you with knowledge and insight, providing you with skills to create real change in your life.
Together, we can explore how your past experiences shape how you feel about yourself, your relationship patterns, and shed light on certain behaviours that might not be working for you (e.g. people pleasing, worrying, perfectionism). We can work to break those unhelpful patterns, creating a more meaningful life and fulfilling relationships. My mission is to help you to learn strategies to feel calmer and more empowered, building a stronger sense of who you are and finding peace within yourself.
